Is installation really included?
Yes. Every package is supplied and fully installed by our own engineers, including cabling, set-up and a handover demo.
Are there any monthly fees?
No. The system is yours. There is no subscription to view your cameras or control your alarm.
Can I view my cameras or alarm on my phone?
Yes. We set up the app on your phone or tablet before we leave.
How long does installation take?
Most home systems are fitted in a day. Larger commercial systems are scheduled around your trading hours.
Can I add more cameras or detectors later?
Yes. Recorders have set channel limits, which we explain at survey, and alarms can take extra detectors.
